FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES OF A CERTIFICATION BODY TO CONDUCT RECERTIFICATION AUDIT OF THE ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS

OBJECTIVE:

DOST-MIMAROPA intends to engage the services of a third-party certification body that will conduct recertification audit of DOST-MIMAROPA QMS ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The Certifying Body (CB) should have the following minimum qualifications:
1. Accredited by the International Accreditation Forum for ISO 9001 certification activities.
Preferably, the CB is accredited by the Philippine Accreditation Bureau (PAB) of the Department
of Trade and Industry (DTI) with the scope of accreditation covering the process being applied for
ISO 9001 certification;
2. The CB must have at least five (5) years of ISO 9001: 2008/2015 auditing experience;
3. Must have good track record of certifying government agencies for quality management; and
