  Description : CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE WATER CIRCULATION MODELLING AND GEOSPATIAL DATA ANALYSES FOR FECAL COLIFORM OCCURRENCE IN PANGLAO ISLAND, BOHOL
  
  (Preferably consulting services within Central Visayas)
  
  A. OBJECTIVES
  
  DENR PENRO Bohol intends to engage the services of a consulting firm to conduct a water circulation study to establish the water circulation pattern around Panglao Island and to find possible trends of high coliform incident thereon.
  
  B. SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES
  
  The Consultant shall perform the following:
  
  1. Simulate the water circulation pattern around Panglao Island covering at least one whole year (preferably year with most occurrences of high coliform levels);
  2. Track the transport of water mass from selected sites (i.e. point sources of coliform) using Lagrangian particle tracking technique;
  3. Validate the simulated water circulation pattern using drogues or other proxies;
  4. Measure water flow on at least seven (7) sites around Panglao Island during wet and dry seasons;
  5. Conduct spatio-temporal (at least 5 years) correlation of coliform data with urbanization data...
