Description : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR A PROFESSIONAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through the General Appropriations Act of Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Services of a Professional Electrical Engineer for the Preparation and Signing of Plans for the Updating of Electric System at DENR-9 Regional Office.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region-9 now invites bids for the above Proposal. Delivery of the Services is required by fifteen (15) calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed.

3. Prospective Consultants may submit their proposals, together with the required eligibility documents, to email address bac.r9@denr.gov.ph, on or before October 15, 2025.

4. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, gives preference to consultants based in Pagadian City.
