Description : IV. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A. Must be accredited with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS); and
B. Must be willing to provide services on a send bill arrangement.

V. SCOPE AND WORK DELIVERABLES

The Technical Dive Exploration Team must provide the following services:

A. Pre-exploration data gathering, and validation based on primary and secondary research from interviews/surveys with the local community (i.e., dive shop operators, local divers, and fisherfolk) and information from nautical charts, tide tables, and published reports from valid sources.
B. Conduct technical and scientific dives at various sites in the destination to collect data through qualitative and quantitative methods such as, but not limited to, the following:
• Belt-Transect Method (Quantitative) to obtain baseline data of both fish and benthic lifeforms
