1. The Municipality of Piddig through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (Php2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSULTANCY SERVICES IN THE REVIEW / UPDATING OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN (CLUP) MAINSTREAMED WITH CLIMATE DISASTER RISK ASSESSMENT (CDRA) AND THE INTEGRATED ZONING ORDINANCE (ZO) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
