1.The Municipality of Adams, through funds from the MDRRM FUND 2023-2024, and pursuant to Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 05-2024, intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (₱ 830,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services in the Review / Updating of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) mainstreamed with Climate Disaster Risk Assessment (CDRA) and the Integrated Zoning Ordinance - PHASE I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
