1. In view of the of the two (2) failed biddings, the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) invites contractors to participate in the negotiation for the Consultancy Services for Real Estate Consultant for Multi-Sector Market Study for the Redevelopment of the PNOC Energy Center Property;

2. The PNOC intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the aforesaid provision with the Terms of Reference hereof;
