TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE CONTRACT SERVICES OF ONE (1) ELECTRICAL ENGINEER CONSULTANT FOR BATSTATE-U

1. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT
Under the general supervision of the University President, the fused support of the four (4) Vice Presidents, and in concurrence with the Director of Project Management with the assistance of the Technical Working Group (TWG), the Electrical Engineer Consultant will primarily be responsible for the preparation of Electrical layouts, system design and Electrical plans necessary for offices, facilities, and buildings including all its campuses. He/she is also responsible for checking of plans, estimate, scope, and specifications and signing and seal of all Electrical plans and permit documents. He/she will conduct periodic inspection/ supervision of all ongoing construction projects where his/her expertise is needed.
