1 Qualifications and skills:
• Must have at least a college degree and practitioner of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, or any related fields;
• A certified trainer of any of the following topics or fields:
o Food Processing
o Philippines Traceability System
o Basic Food Safety and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Documentation
o Hazard Analysis Control Points (HACCP)
o Good Manufacturing Practices
o Process on FDA License to Operate
• Must have a significant number of years of continuous professional work and practice in the field;
• Proven understanding of issues related to the MSMEs, production process, product development, FDA laws and issuances, and other related topics;
• Able to speak and communicate in the local dialect
