REQEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF A FULL-BLOWN PROPOSAL FOR THE PROJECT: BUILDING RESILIENCY AND ENSURING FOOD SECURITY THROUGH WATER HARVESTING STRUCTURES

1. The Besao Local Government Unit through the People-s Survival Fund (PSF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a Full- Blown Proposal for the Project: Building Resiliency and Ensuring Food Security through Water Harvesting Structures, CON-2025-09-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
