  I. Project Title
  Engagement of a Third-Party Consultant for the Preparatory, Pre-PQA Assessment, and Writing of the DOST-Northern Mindanao Application to the Philippine Quality Award (PQA)
  
  II. Objective
  To engage a qualified Third-Party Consultant to guide, assess, prepare, and write the DOST-Northern Mindanao (DOST-NM) application for the Philippine Quality Award (PQA), including readiness assessment, application report preparation, simulation assessments, and pre-site visit activities.
