Consultancy Services on the Preparation of the 10-Year Solid Waste Management Plan (2026-2035) Municipality of San Luis, Batangas
The Municipal Government of San Luis, Batangas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested and qualified consultants to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Consultancy Services for the Preparation of the 10-Year Solid Waste Management Plan (2026-2035).
The consultancy aims to assist the Local Government Unit (LGU) in developing a comprehensive, science-based, and data-driven Solid Waste Management (SWM) Plan, compliant with the requirements of the National Solid Waste Management Commission (NSWMC) and Republic Act 9003.
Scope of Services and Deliverables
The consultant shall undertake the following:
1. Waste Analysis and Characterization Study (WACS)
2. Crafting 10-Year Solid Waste Management Plan (2026-2035)
