1. The Department of Tourism- National Capital Region (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from General Appropriations Act 2024 (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Integrated Marketing Communications Management (STRATCOM) of DOT-NCR. The Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,600,000.00) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-NCR-REI No. 2024-06-002 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
