The Provincial Government of Batanes, through the Provincial Appropriations Ordinance No. 04 series of 2021 (Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Pesos Only (₱ 16,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services on the Installation and Implementation of Pre-developed and Customized Application Systems for Fully Integrated Revenue Generating System, Integrated Financial Management System, Human Resource Development System, Procurement System, Legislative System and Executive System/2022-09-1219. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
