  Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Siruma, through the Tourism Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Formulation of Siruma Local Tourism Development Plan (2027-2029). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Siruma now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for Consultancy Services for the Formulation of Siruma Local Tourism Development Plan (2027-2029). Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 4:00PM July 16, 2026 at BAC Office, Municipal Function Hall, Poblacion, Siruma, Camarines Sur. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
