Description : The objectives of this Consultancy are to:
a) Determine and address the key gaps in knowledge for the completion and updating of metrics on the various biodiversity components found therein;
b) Assess key factors with definite and potential impacts on the conservation of unique, endangered, and/or banner species;
c) Address recurrent issues, problems, and challenges through effective collaboration with local stakeholders, partners, and other entities to establish and improve measures for appropriate protected area management;
d) Provide specialized capacity-building and employment to local stakeholders, Protected Area Management Office (PAMO) staff, and Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) directed towards the effective management and enforcement of PA-related policies; and
e) Provide for the mechanisms for formulation, augmentation, and rectification of main technical, scientific, research, and management components for achievement of the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of the PA.
