IFAD-VISTA LOAN PROCEEDS/GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT FY 2025 INTENDS TO ENGAGE THE SERVICES OF A CONTRACT OF SERVICE - FARM SYSTEMS MANAGER THROUGH NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-HIGHLY TECHNICAL CONSULTANT UNDER SECTION 35.7 OF THE 2025 IRR OF RA 12009.
