1. The Local Government Unit of Basey through the 20% Component of Annual Budget 2025 of the Municipality of Basey, Samar, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 3,500,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Establishment of Drainage System Master Plan for the Municipality of Basey, Samar under contract reference no.“ 12896693 /LGUBS-CS-26-04-066, ”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
