1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB), through the General Appropriation Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of Ph420,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. 2024-1036 dated August 01, 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
