Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Siruma, through the Tourism Development Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of PHP 300,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Comprehensive Development of Siruma Audio-Video Production & Photo Library. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The Local Government Unit of Siruma now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Consultancy
Services for Comprehensive Development of Siruma Audio-Video Production & Photo Library. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 4:00 PM of November 13, 2025 at Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion, Siruma, Camarines Sur. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
