- Consultancy Services for the Development of the Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) Plan & S&T Roadmap (2026-2030) for three partner LGUs: Davao City, Digos City and Nabunturan

Scope of Work for each LGU
I. LGU Profiling and Assessment (Pre-work)
• Review available references from DOST and from LGUs (e.g. STI plan, SSCP framework, CLUP, CDP, ISSP, ELA).
• Kick-off meeting with DOST XI, review of TOR, alignment on methodology, development of inception report"

II. Simulation of the Workshops (1/2 day)
• Meet with C/PSTO personnel and walk through of the proposed sessions, workshops and activities.
• Test and refine facilitation tools, group processes, and materials.
• Identify key roles, risk points/possible potential issues in advance.
• Incorporate feedback and finalize the workshop design and flow."
