1. The National Irrigation Administration, Regional Office VI through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESO (Php4,438,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Sub-Surface Geological and Geotechnical Investigation of Panay River Basin Integrated Development Project (PRBIDP) with Contract Reference No. NIAR6-LFPS-GEOLOGICAL-GEOTECHNICAL-PRBIDP-CS01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the opening of the financial proposals.
