  b. List of Trainings indicating the number of hours attended and completed, with documentary proofs;
  c. List of key personnel to be assigned (includes curriculum vitae showing the complete qualifications and experience data, and Professional License);
  d. Company Profile with Detailed experience of the firm; and
  e. Detailed plan of approach and methodology. (This should emphasize the clarity, feasibility, innovative, and comprehensiveness of the plan approach, as well as the quality of the interpretation of project problems, risk and the suggested solutions.
