1. The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO Northern Luzon, through its Bids and Awards Committee for Goods, Engineering and Consultancy Projects (PMO Northern Luzon BAC) will undertake Consultancy Services for the conduct of Port Zone Delineation survey at Port of Salomague, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur per attached Terms of Reference (TOR):
