Description : 1. In light of the two (2) failed biddings, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, through its Regular Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), invites PhilGEPS-registered suppliers with technical, legal, and financial capability to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study on the Applicability of the Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP) in the BARMM Region, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2,500,000.00), inclusive of all taxes, for the Negotiated Procurement for the Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Study on the Applicability of the Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP) in the BARMM Region.
