1. The Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), through the Reprioritized National Government Subsidy intends to apply the sum of ₱ 23,296,166.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Feasibility Studies for the Establishment of Fish Port with Deep Water Berth Facility (FS - DWBF) Project and Formulation of Masterplan for Selected Ports. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
