The DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (DOTr) through the FY 2023 General Appropriation Act intends to apply the sum of Sixty-One Million Five Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php61,577,760.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Detailed Engineering Design for the Proposed Laoag International Airport Development (Construction of Airside, Navigational and Landside Facilities). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
