  Description : 1) The Ministry Of Transportation and Communications, through the GAAB 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 30,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for Bangsamoro Telecommunications Masterplan with Feasibility Study - Submarine Fiber Optic Backbone & Wireless and Terrestrial Network. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
