1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT - SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, through the GENERAL FUND 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE APPRAISAL OF LOT AT BARGY. BALANTE, SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, NUEVA ECIJA WITH PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NO. SCM-CS-11102025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT - SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for appraisal of lot located at Brgy. Balante, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija with a total land area of 2.6384 hectares.
