1. The City Government of Borongan through Consultancy Services CEO, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php1, 000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under PR No. 101-25-02-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposal.
