Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR STEPS 3 TO 7 OF GCG GUIDEBOOK FOR PRA REORGANIZATION PLAN

1. The Philippine Retirement Authority, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget under the MOOE intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (Php4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Service for Steps 3 to 7 of GCG Guidebook for PRA Reorganization Plan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The Philippine Retirement Authority now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consultancy Service for PRA Reorganization Plan. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before March 7, 2025 @ 12:00NN and to be opened at 01:00PM at 29th Flr BDO Towers Valero (formerly Citibank Towers), Paseo De Roxas, Makati City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
