1.The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE (RITM), through INCOME intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP28,750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR THE CREATION OF MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE with reference no.: REI no.: 2024-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
