1. Affiliated to an institution with at least 40 years of experience in handling research and consultancy;
2. Must have handled at least 5 consultancy projects of the same nature in the public or private sector; and
3. Composed of at least three (3) members with the following requirements:
a. Finished at least a post-graduate degree, preferably MBA;
b. Accredited by relevant professional organizations, local or international
c. Member/Affiliated to a recognized organization, local or international; and
d. At least one member shall possess any of the following:
d.1. At least 35 years of experience in corporate planning; or
d.2. Certified Public Accountant or with equivalent relevant professional accreditation on business/finance from the Professional Regulation Commission; or
d.3. At least 5 years of teaching experience in an academic institution with published or produced books, articles, research or other related outpu...
