- Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Multi-Hazard Vulnerability Assessment of Roads in Mindanao The objectives of the Services are to (i) assess existing climatic and natural hazard information produced by relevant agencies in the transport, (ii) conduct a multi-hazard vulnerability assessment of the national road network and critical road links in Mindanao region (GIS based inventory of at-risk road sections) and identify priority asset management interventions (including their costs estimates), and (iii) undertake capacity building and dissemination activities (with Japanese experts/institutes) to better plan and manage the national road network and critical road links in Mindanao.
