Description : 1. The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the above cited project in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. The following documents shall be submitted for the Eligibility Check and Shortlisting :
2.1 Eligibility Documents Submission Form, refer to Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD) for the format
2.2 Eligibility Requirements as indicated in the PBD
2.3 Proof of compliance to the Eligibility Criteria as indicated in the PBD
2.4 Proof of qualification and other documentation as required in the Terms of Reference
