1. The City Government of Sorsogon, through the LDRRMF 2022 SAVINGS intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Pesos ( Php ₱2,500,000.00 ) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTUCTION OF RESCUE/SEA PATROL BOAT SHED W/EMBARKATION/LAUNCHING DECK @ ROMPEOLAS, TALISAY WEST DIST. under Project Reference No. CW 2023-07-043 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required with in 150 calendar days . Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
