The BARANGAY COUNCIL OF POLO, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through its Development Fund intends to apply an amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand One Hundred Twelve Pesos & 81/100 Only (Php 155,112.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for the PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY AT ZONE 1, BRGY. POLO, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
