The Local Government Unit of New Washington, Aklan, through the budget approved by the Sanggunian through the 20% DF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Thousand Pesos (Php 1,455,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF ORNAMENTS AND CONCRETE BENCH AT BARANGAY TAMBAK, NEW WASHINGTON, AKLAN under Contract No. INFRA-2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
