Invitation to Re-Bid for
CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF MAIN PUBLIC MARKET (BUILDING C), ZONE IV

1) The City Government of Zamboanga through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2023 LS) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Forty-Three Thousand Pesos Only (P3,043,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Rehabilitation/Improvement of Main Public Market (Building C), Zone IV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Zamboanga now invites bids for Construction/ Rehabilitation/Improvement of Main Public Market (Building C), Zone IV. Completion of the Works is required in One Hundred Twenty-Two Calendar Days (122 CD). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
