INVITATION TO BID FOR
CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD AT PANGAPUYAN
(Name of Project)
1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the GENERAL FUND (AB FY 2022 - 20% DF) intends to apply for the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under, the contract for CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD AT PANGAPUYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA now invites bid s for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in Forty-One [41] calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
