The Local Government Unit of New Washington, Aklan, through the budget approved by the Sanggunian through the 20% DF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php2,910,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION/IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL ROAD AT BARANGAY CAWAYAN, NEW WASHINGTON, AKLAN under Contract No. INFRA-2025-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
