MUNICIPALITY OF CARLES

INVITATION TO BID

1.0 The Municipal Government of Carles, Province of Iloilo through its Annual Budget Appropriations (Supplemental Appropriation/20% Development fund 2025 - Capital Outlay ) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Three Thousand Pesos Only (Php 903,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/Procurement of Patrol Boat. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.0 The Municipal Government of Carles - Bids and Awards Committee now invites bid for the Construction/Procurement of Patrol Boat. Completion of the delivery of goods is required within Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II - Eligibility Documents (Instructions to Bidders).
