1) The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Seventy-Two Pesos and 44/100 (₱ 2,416,072.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement/Rehabilitation of flood control system at Barangay Tubigan-Ayao-iyao Creek. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for Construction/Improvement/Rehabilitation of flood control system at Barangay Tubigan-Ayao-iyao Creek. Completion of the Works is required for 30 cd. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
