Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR Construction/Improvement/Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal
1. The Barangay Government of Sangalang from Local Development Fund intends to apply the sum of nine hundred three thousand five hundred fifteen pesos & 81/100( PHP 903,515.81)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for construction/ rehabilitation of drainage canal rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of SANGALANG now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for Construction/Improvement/Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal Completion of works is required fifteen (15) days after the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in section II instruction to bidders
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules& regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184) otherwise known as Government procurement reform act.
