The Municipality of Guinayangan, Quezon through the 20% MDF intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Three Hundred Eighty One Pesos & 74 centavos (P 1,722,381.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction/Improvement of Municipal Development and Training Center (MDTC) Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
