1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171-LBM 89 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FOUR PESOS & 87/100 (P 3,497,704.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-043. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation Works (Manual Excavation), Demolition of Concrete Pavement, Concrete Works, Pipe Works, Construction of Communal Tapstand, Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Billboard required within 90 days CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
