Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF CORE LOCAL ACCESS ROAD
Sitio Pungtod, Brgy. 04, Balangkayan, E. Samar

1. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan, Eastern Samar, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan F. Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php. 999,011.28 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/Construction of Drainage Canal and Project Identification Number 25-02-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Balangkayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 74 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
