“CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF CAPANGDANAN-GULPENG ROAD, CAPANGDANAN SECTION”

1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171-LBM 91 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY TWO PESOS & 30/100 (P 4,999,992.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-069. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Clearing and Grubbing, Removal of Actual Structure/Obstruction (RCPC), Surplus Common Excavation, Embankment, Subgrade Preparation, Aggregate Subbase Course, Aggregate Base Course, Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (unreinforced)-0.20m thk, Pipe Culvert, Stone Masonry, Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Billboard required within 90 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
