1) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar, through the 20% EDF intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Seventy Centavos (PhP699,999.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction/Improvement of Brgy. Auditorium of Brgy. Ynaguingayan, Pambujan, Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
