Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and 59/100 (Php4,538,295.59) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract CONSTRUCTION/IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD SAN DIMAS.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 150 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
